How I made £5k playing poker

You can make at least £5k by playing poker just like I did, you have to do some homework though and remember it will not just fall into your lap. I use online poker rooms because it is here that you will find all the best games around and you can choose the online poker game that you prefer, mine is Hold’em.

I have been playing poker as a pro for some time and I don’t mind telling you that it pays the bills and it also give me a tremendous sense of achievement playing against like minded people at the online poker rooms that I frequently use on a daily basis. I did not go out specifically to win a £5k event, you always hope but I never enter an online poker game with this as my ultimate goal, when it did it just came along.

I took part in a WSOP event and it really fulfilled my dream about poker that I ever played for, on top of that I had won £5k as well which really did pay some of the bills and took me to Vegas, another dream of mine which had come true. I have been playing poker seriously for some time and I had varying success at a number of online poker tournaments, winning varying amounts of cash, which as I say paid all my bills and kept me form doing a mundane routine job every day. I had of course never won a WSOP so when it came it was the ultimate.

There is absolutely nothing to stop you from joining me and winning £5k at playing poker and I suggest that the first thing that you should do is to register with some of the major online poker sites and start to play. Only this way will you gain in experience and become confident enough to take on the big challenge and get a seat at one of the WSOP tournie that will take place this year.
